METAL'S SpA

Metal’s is a dynamic industrial company that was founded in 1987 by its actual business director. It was initially an artisan workshop specialised in stainless steel welding for several business applications, then in 1989 it became a company specialised in sole stainless steel performance.
After about 20 years Metal’s is a company in continuous growth and development and bases its success on the production of stainless steel partly-finished parts in advanced assembly state, thanks to avant-garde technologies and a productive human potential enabling rapid and efficient solutions.
So in the last years it has become an international reference partner for many customers in different business sectors, creating partnership business agreements for dealing in new fields,   hence the birth of Imagro Metal’s and of a new society dealing in nautical gangways and accessories, Bioinox.

Metal's core business

Our core business is divided into 5 mean steps:

Project: the technical department is in charge of customer technical assistance in order to study the effectiveness of projects, solve eventual problems and suggest better solutions or product personalization.  

Engineering: a dynamic market requires the definition of the company processes and their industrialization in order to obtain better processes and improve productivity. In this way after prototypes it is possible to start mass production reducing the time –to-market.  

The productive process: It is based on a several-year experience and can go well with any productive sector. It is studied and arranged in order to grant maximum flexibility and trustworthiness.
The organization begins with checking the raw materials and goes along with industrial steps divided into first manufacturing and finishes.
All steps have strict qualitative standards.

The control quality is based on:
* standard process parameters,
* specific personalized parameters according to the single order,
* aesthetical and dimensional controls on the finished product.

Human resources: are an essential component in the company. Thanks to their energy and motivation they determine the quality and style of the work enriching day by day the relationship between Metal’s and customers with a relevant added value for Metal’s service.
