Metal’s was one of the first companies to get an international quality certification since 1996, and obtained 2003 the International quality certificate ISO 9001:2000. On June 2010 Metal's extended its compliance to the adjourned rules and obtained the quality certificate ISO 9001:2008.
Metal's technical department is charged with a continuous monitoring of all productive phases: the time from one processing phase to the following one is reduced to the minimum thanks to a planning system allowing an automatic insertion into the several machines of any processing phases of any product (considering the complete given loading).
The technical staff assists to the eventual project and development phases regarding the problems connected to the production of parts requested by customers, providing solutions that in some cases simplify the productive process, make its quality and aesthetical characteristics better, reducing the final product cost.
Metal's effects a continuous updating on production computer systems, being able to realize the more and more exigent requests claimed by customers and thanks to a regular control on incoming raw materials and during the productive cycle, the company can issue on request the Conformity Certificate on the controls that have been carried out.
