Notes on Privacy INFORMATION ON CONFIDENTIAL DATA  - Law 196/2003

according to law nr 196 (June 30th 2003), known as “Privacy Code”, Metal's Spa informs and grants you that your personal data will be dealt with as strictly confidential.
For any further explanation please refer to the informative reported below and contact the Referent persons for the dealing of confidential data as indicated below.

Information on confidential data (article 13 - law 196/2003)

Spazio Motori as the dealer of your confidential data, according to law 196 (June 30th 2003, “Code on personal data defence”, later defined as “Code on Privacy”) informs you that the above mentioned law is intended to cover the individual’s rights and other subjects with respect to the dealing of confidential data, and this dealing will follow the principles of correctness, allowance, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
Your confidential data will be dealt with according to the laws above mentioned and according to the obligations deriving from them.
Under your approval you confidential data will be liable to their use for the following purposes:
- to inform you about future business enterprises and new products, services and offers, both by us and/or our business partners;
- to inform you about our eventual advertising activities;
- to send you an sms or e-mail for business information

As to the above mentioned purposes the communication of your data is optional, and your eventual refusal for its dealing does not compromise our business relationship.
Modality and dealing: your personal data will be liable to dealing in the following ways:
dealing through computers and calculators.
Any dealing will take place with respect to articles 11, 31 and following ones on Privacy Code and through the adoption of the necessary security measures provided by the technical security norms.
Communications: your data will be kept by us and communicated only to the persons responsible for the carrying out of the necessary services for a correct leading of the business relationship, granting the protection of the concerned individual’s rights.
Your data will be dealt with by the persons authorized by the General Director.
Spreading: Your data will not be spread in any way.
General Director: the dealer of confidential data is, according to the law, Metal's Spa (Administration address Via Marconi 1 35010 BORGORICCO (PD)) in the person of its legal representative Enrico Scapolo.

You have the right to require from the General Director the cancellation, communication, updating rectification, integration of your confidential data, and can exercise all the rights provided by article 7 of Privacy Code provided here below.
 
Law n.196/2003: Art. 7 – Right to have access to personal data and other rights
1. The individual concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation for the existence of confidential data regarding her/him, although not yet registered, and their communication in the proper form.

2. The individual concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the indication of confidential data;
b) the indication of  the purposes and dealing modalities;
c) the indication of the applied logics in case of their electronic dealing;
d) the indication of the identification data of the dealer, the responsible and representative persons in charge for this, according to article 5, comma 2;
e) the indication of the people or social categories to whom their confidential data can be communicated or who can come to know about them as representatives chosen within the country, as responsible or people charged for this duty.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the data updating, their rectification and when necessary their integration;
b) their cancellation, their turning into anonymous form or their block in case of law violation, included those that do not need  to be conserved in relation to the purposes to which they were collected or consequently dealt with;
c) the declaration that the operations indicated in a) and b) have been communicated (also as to their content) to those who have been informed about the data, unless this is not possible or implies an improper use of means with respect to the protected right.
 
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose himself/herself completely or partly:
a) because of reasons related to the dealing of confidential data about him/her, if concerning the purpose of their collection;
b) to the dealing of confidential data about him/her for the shipment of advertising material or direct selling or for market research or business communication.
