Dies construction

Metal's has provided itself with an equipment and die-building department, included a new 3-axe CNC milling-machine with a 1050x600x600 mm table and 1000kg loading. The company can project and build dies so as to obtain in shorter times the necessary equipment to realize the products.
Dies are carried out through an accurate study according to a three-dimensional drawing system (Solid edge) developed through a program intended for the machine (Mastercam), so all processes are followed by the technical division. The system includes also parallel lathes with points 280 long, milling- machines, radial  drills and tangential corrections, so as to provide customers with a more and more complete service.
