Punching

Technologies: stainless steel number-control punching.
The “mechanical” department has got a 24-hour number control punching service (totally directed by Metal’s technical department) that can make any kind of drawing with a depth not going over 20 mm and with thickness between 0.6mms and 3 mms (both stainless steel and iron). The system is endowed with a 59-tool turret, among which are 2 multi-tools. The same processing cycle includes also an angular cutting and automatic filing system, thus simplifying the actual production logistics more.
